Professional photography is one of the cornerstones of my marketing plan for properties. When buyers are searching for homes, they are drawn in by photography. Video and drone photography may also be utilized depending on your home’s custom marketing plan and logistics.


Home Presentation

You will be provided expertise on getting the home to show it’s very best and result in the highest return. This might be a short list of cleaning and polishing or there may be fixes that we need to have done first. No worries! I have professionals on call and will help coordinate bids and the work. I also have some staging items that can be used to highlight certain rooms or amenities.


Online Marketing

95% of homebuyers are searching online. Therefore, I make sure your home can be found all over the web! Your home is found on home search sites such as Zillow and Trulia along with the NWMLS, John L Scott, and dozens of other sites. I also advertise your home on Facebook to a geographic area around your home and provide you with a link to share. Videos and photos are also


Print Marketing

Print marketing is also a strong component of my marketing plan. I create a flyer that is then professionally printed and available for potential buyers to take. Special feature cards are used to highlight your home’s best features. I also like to include a list of all the improvements that have been done so the buyer understands the value of what they are getting and a home book with additional information.


Open Houses

If open houses are part of our marketing strategy, we will hold open houses to get the most qualified buyers into your home. I will advertise the open house on the MLS as well as on the for sale sign itself and on Facebook. We will plan for at least one public the first weekend that the home hits the market and will create a plan for further open houses as needed.

Broker Networking

Brokers opens are open houses for real estate professionals. I will hold two in the first week and will even invite in the public to give your home maximum exposure.

I connect with other brokers to inform as many potential buyers as possible. I can also present your listing at our company sales meetings and via email.
